Event Description:

We will dig into a landmark randomized controlled trial published in Nature Medicine on a full-spectrum cannabis extract (VER-01) for chronic low back pain. With over 800 participants across multiple centers, the study reports meaningful reductions in pain, improved sleep and function, and a favorable safety profile compared to placebo.
